Yoga for all: 2019
Enjoy a nurturing class which will stretch, strengthen, relax and rejuvenate.
Classes typically include:
Relaxation and Meditation
Tuesdays: 10:00 – 11 am
Community and Safety Ctr, Radipole Lane, Weymouth.
Tuesdays 6 – 7 pm:
Peter Trim Hall, St Georges Centre, Reforne, Portland
Wednesdays: 9:30 – 11:00 am
St Augustines Church Hall, Dorchester Rd, Weymouth
NEW Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra - the deeply nurturing and restorative art of relaxation, sometimes known as the meditative heart of yoga. An opportunity to nourish, rest, restore and heal on all levels of being.
March 12th, April 9th, May 14th, June 11th and July 9th) - second Tuesday of the month!
6pm: Peter Trim Hall, St Georges Centre, Reforne, Portland
Yoga Classes: £8 per class pay as you go or £6 per class if paid monthly in advance.
Please bring a mat, comfortable blankets and cushions and be prepared to let go and be held gently and safely as you relax and restore.
One to One and individual group sessions are also available. Prices upon request. Please contact for more detail
Pay monthly or Drop in – you can simply show up to a class and pay when you arrive. Drop-in classes are £8 per class. Monthly fees work out at £6 per class when you pay in advance.
If there are any issues around payment and you have a challenged economic situation, I am open and available to work with you on other possibilities.
Well-Woman yoga nourishes every aspect of our lives as women, at whatever phase of our journey we find ourselves, helping us to reconnect with and embrace our naturally arising inner feminine wisdom, bringing us healing and vitality.
