Our program usually includes:
Harmonizing yoga and Self massage
Yoga Nidra – Deep Relaxation
Chanting and meditation
Free movement, story telling and creative expression
Life Coaching
Free time to rest, walk in nature, journal or just to simply be.
We will commence on Thursday evening and finish on Sunday after lunch.
Individual Karuna Reiki Healing, Yumeiho Body Therapy and Life Coaching sessions are also available at an additional cost during the retreat.

Cost includes three nights accommodation, all meals (freshly prepared - vegetarian), refreshments and workshops. Therapies are charged separately.
Single rooms: £395 – early bird price to be paid by July 31st - £370
Shared rooms: £375 – early bird to be paid by July 31st £350
Deposit £100 non-refundable. There will be a maximum of 14 guests.
Some of the rooms are en-suite and will be allotted on a first-come-first serve basis

Workshops and Retreats need to be paid in advance and there are sometimes early bird options.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Retreats
1. If a program is cancelled then you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer the fees to another session.
2. If you cancel more than 1 month before the event you will receive a refund -25% or the full amount can be transferred to another event.
3. If you cancel less than a month before the event, no refund will be available unless someone is found to replace you.
4. Deposits for retreats are non refundable.
5. If this an event that is in cooperation with another party these policies may be different. Please contact me for details
